PROVIDER CATEGORIES
The finalists and eventual winners of the Investment Life & Pensions Moneyfacts Awards are decided by a combination of methods. The first is a financial adviser testimonial process that takes place between 1 February 2027 and 2 April 2027, whereby advisers are offered the chance to submit testimonials for their preferred providers, with online submissions in each relevant category across the full range of protection, retirement and investment products. Advisers are free to nominate any providers they wish, rather than having to select from a predetermined shortlist.
These results are then given over to the analytical expertise of our research team, who then thoroughly examine the pricing and features of each provider’s product during the preceding 12-month period.
Following the shortlist announcement on 20 May 2027, all shortlisted organisations are invited to submit any supporting information for their nomination until 18 June 2027. Using all of the available information, an internal judging panel then assesses the results and decides the final positions of finalists.
