To form the shortlists, categories are assessed solely by researchers at Moneyfacts Group plc and incorporate product data gathered over the preceding 12 months, as well as our own industry insight.

Following the shortlist announcement, all shortlisted organisations are invited to submit any supporting information for their nomination with a deadline in mid-February.
