Consumers have until 20 November 2026 to highlight not just the best financial products, but also to recognise the institutions that deliver a consistently high level of customer service.
Consumers can see who is shortlisted and find out how to participate in the survey on our website. By taking part, each respondent will be entered into a prize draw with the chance to win a £1,000 prize.
