The finalists and eventual winners of the Moneyfacts Awards are decided upon via a combination of methods. For all product-specific categories, detailed weekly analysis of the data provided to us and displayed in Moneyfacts Magazine or on any of the Moneyfacts online systems between 1 January 2025 and 31 December 2025 is undertaken by our well-qualified research team. For service categories, the intermediary community is given the chance to submit testimonials for their preferred providers via online forms, the process for which runs from 2 January 2026 to 20 February 2026. Those submitting responses are asked to consider all aspects of the service offered by providers in the preceding 12 months. An internal judging panel then assesses the results and decides the final positions of finalists in the innovation category.
For broker categories, we invite entries/nominations to be submitted between 2 January and 20 February 2026. Once the shortlists are announced in March, the finalists have the opportunity to invite their own contacts to submit feedback on their service via an online survey. In combination with an internal judging panel, this feedback decides the final positions for these categories.
