What are the Moneyfacts Awards?

Celebrating the very best of personal finance.

The Moneyfacts Awards is the highlight of the personal finance industry calendar and is held in high regard by banks, building societies and other financial service providers.

Rigorous product monitoring is carried out throughout the preceding year to determine the winners, and the intermediary community is also consulted for feedback.

Announced at a gala dinner, winners use the widely recognised Moneyfacts Awards logo as a badge of excellence in their marketing and communications campaigns.

When and where is the awards ceremony?

Don't miss the spectacular Moneyfacts Awards ceremony.

The ceremony will take place 24 June 2027 returning to City Central at the HAC, London.

The event starts with a drinks reception at 6:30pm, and the awards presentation, with our celebrity host, follows a sumptuous three-course dinner.

The all-inclusive post-awards party will top off an incredible evening to remember.

The process begins in the new year!

Our research team work year round assessing products and it is this data which informs the shortlists in a large number of our categories. In a number of other mortgage, secured loan, surveying and legal search categories we also seek the feedback of brokers and intermediaries to form our shortlists. This process will open in January 2027.

All categories and methodology can be viewed here.

The final results will be announced at the annual ceremony which will be held at City Central at the HAC in London on 24 June 2027.

In a number of other mortgage, secured loan, surveying and legal search categories we also seek the feedback of brokers and intermediaries to form our shortlists. This process will open in January 2027.

Awards Methodology

The finalists and eventual winners of the Moneyfacts Awards are decided upon via a combination of methods. For all product-specific categories, detailed weekly analysis of the data provided to us and displayed in Moneyfacts Magazine or on any of the Moneyfacts online systems between 1 January 2026 and 31 December 2026 is undertaken by our well-qualified research team. For service categories, the intermediary community is given the chance to submit testimonials for their preferred providers via online forms, the process for which runs from 4 January 2027 to 19 February 2027. Those submitting responses are asked to consider all aspects of the service offered by providers in the preceding 12 months. An internal judging panel then assesses the results and decides the final positions of finalists in the innovation category.

For broker categories, we invite entries/nominations to be submitted between 4 January and 19 February 2027. Once the shortlists are announced in March, the finalists have the opportunity to invite their own contacts to submit feedback on their service via an online survey. In combination with an internal judging panel, this feedback decides the final positions for these categories.
