Pick your categories - the categories where entries are being accepted are: 

• Tax and Estate Planner of the Year
• Retirement Adviser of the Year
• Protection Adviser of the Year
• Investment Adviser of the Year
• Equity Release Adviser of the Year
• Structured Products Adviser of the Year
• Paraplanner of the Year*

*Some of the information required will be focused on the individual rather than the organisation but the time scales are still applicable. You can also nominate a deserving paraplanner in your organisation, or they can complete their own entry - contact events@moneyfacts.co.uk for more information. 

PREPARE

The entry forms cover the following information: 

• Summary of the organisation and main business focus (100 words or fewer). 
• Details of professional qualifications
• Evidence of how the organisation has used its skills and qualities to the benefits of clients. 
• Evidence of the organisation's best professional practices and standards. 
• Evidence of the organisation's regular/ongoing communications with clients
• And finally, we will ask you to tell us why your organisation deserves to win, in 500 words or fewer.

REGISTER

You can register with us now by emailing events@moneyfacts.co.uk and you will receive the relevant entry link or links when available on Monday 3 February 2025.

SUBMIT

Every entry counts and you don't have long to submit. Please submit your entry before midnight on Friday 4 April 2025.

NEXT STAGE

Once the entry survey closes at midnight on Friday 4 April 2025, the entries are collated and passed through to our editorial and research team: 

• The evidence collected is used to create a shortlist for each category, which will be announced live online on Thursday 22 May 2025. 
• Shortlisted organisations will be sent a finalist logo free of charge that day. 
• Shortlisted organisations will also be sent a link to send contacts and seek testimonials to support their nominations. These can be clients, partners or lenders. This survey will close on Friday 20 June 2025.
