As well our own research informing some of our product provider categories, we seek feedback from brokers and businesses to decide provider service awards.   • Assessment is through detailed weekly analysis of the data provided to us and displayed in Business Moneyfacts Magazine or on any of the Moneyfacts online systems during the specified time

  • Providers can invite contacts to submit testimonials to support them – this is done via an online form
  • Those submitting testimonials are asked to consider all the areas of service that providers have offered between 1 December 2025 to November 2026
  • Brokers are also invited to enter their own categories, through an online form submission
