PREPARE

The entry forms cover the following information: 

• Summary of the organisation and main business focus (100 words or fewer). 
• Details of professional qualifications
• Evidence of how the organisation has used its skills and qualities to the benefits of clients. 
• Evidence of the organisation's best professional practices and standards. 
• Evidence of the organisation's regular/ongoing communications with clients
• And finally, we will ask you to tell us why your organisation deserves to win, in 500 words or fewer.

You can register with us now by emailing events@moneyfacts.co.uk and you will receive the relevant entry link or links when available on Monday 6 October 2025.

SUBMIT

Every entry counts and you don't have long to submit. Please submit your entry before midnight on Friday 14 November 2025.

NEXT STAGE

Once the entry survey closes at midnight on Friday 14 November 2025, the entries are collated and passed through to our editorial and research team: 

• The evidence collected is used to create a shortlist for each category, which will be announced live online on Thursday 8 January 2026. 
• Shortlisted organisations will be sent a finalist logo free of charge that day. 
• Shortlisted organisations will also be sent a link to send contacts and seek testimonials to support their nominations. These can be clients, partners or lenders. This survey will close on Friday 13 February 2026.
