Aldermore – 60 Day Notice Cash ISA (Issue 7)

“This week Aldermore has changed the issue number and increased selected rates across a range of its variable rate accounts. The 60 Day Notice Cash ISA (Issue 7) is now paying a competitive 4.30% AER on its anniversary, and for savers looking for an income boost there is also a monthly interest option. Savers will need to invest at least £1,000 to receive the headline rate. Withdrawals are permitted and savers must give 60 days’ notice, or they can get instant access subject to 60 days’ loss of interest. But working in its favour, further additions are permitted at any time. On assessment, this account earns an Excellent Moneyfacts product rating.”

NatWest – Two-year fixed rate mortgage, 75% loan-to-value

Commenting on the deal, Caitlyn Eastell, Spokesperson at Moneyfactscompare.co.uk, said:

“Alongside extending end dates, NatWest has increased all but one of its fixed rate buy-to-let deals. The two-year fixed deal at 75% loan-to-value for house purchase customers has seen a 0.09% rise and is now priced at 4.38% until 31 December 2027. Landlords will note that the fee remains at a reasonable £995 which is offset by its free valuation incentive. On assessment, this deal earns an Excellent Moneyfacts product rating.”

“The latest update from Barclaycard sees it increase the 0% introductory balance transfer term to 34 months on its previously named Platinum 33 Month Balance Transfer Visa Card. The increase makes it one of the most appealing cards available for customers looking to transfer debt over a longer period. Barclaycard has also increased the introductory balance transfer fee to 3.45%. Adding to its appeal, borrowers can also benefit from 0% on purchases for three months, which may help cover any unexpected costs. However, it is worth noting that transfers must be made within the first 60 days. Furthermore, borrowers can expect to receive a range of lifestyle perks, including exclusive presale tickets on selected festivals with 10% off ticket prices and up to 15% cashback from selected retailers with Barclaycard Cashback Rewards.
