Survey opens today for the Moneyfactscompare.co.uk Awards

Millions of financial services customers across the UK can now vote and have their say about how they feel about the services and products they have encountered, as the annual Moneyfactscompare.co.uk Awards Survey opens today.

Consumers have until 22 November 2024 to highlight not just the best financial products, but also to recognise the institutions that deliver a consistently high level of customer service.

Consumers can see who is shortlisted and find out how to participate in the survey on our website. By taking part, each respondent will be entered into a prize draw with the chance to win a £1,000 prize.

Moneyfacts has researched the market by assessing providers and products on their technical merit, which has provided the shortlist that forms the basis for consumer feedback.

The Moneyfactscompare.co.uk Awards provide millions of consumers a voice and a chance to reflect on how they feel about the range of products available to them.

They combine honest customer feedback with the products Moneyfacts’ expert impartial analysis deems to be the best in class. The winners of these awards can prove they combine technical merit with service excellence by proudly displaying the instantly recognisable winner’s logo.

The Moneyfacts Consumer Awards have been renamed The Moneyfactscompare.co.uk Awards from 2025 onwards. This change follows a successful rebrand of the company’s comparison website in 2023, and promises an exciting future for the awards, which will be bigger and better than ever in 2025!

James Brooks, Website Manager at Moneyfactscompare.co.uk, said:

“Every year we hear from thousands of consumers about the brands which provide great products and excellent service. Those who vote will not only have a chance to have their say, but those who complete the survey will also be in with a chance to win a £1,000 cash prize.

“It’s been over a year now since we successfully renamed our consumer comparison website. Guests can be assured that the name may be different, but the trust of the award and excellence of the evening will be the same!”

The Moneyfactscompare.co.uk Awards will take place on Wednesday 5 February 2025 at the Royal Lancaster London.
