We have an in-house broadcast room which enables our finance experts to appear in-vision for television, and we regularly comment live on national and regional radio.
Our press mentions reach 10 million consumers weekly in the media.
Every year our consumer financial comparison website, Moneyfactscompare.co.uk has over 5 million unique visitors.
The role
Based in our Norwich head office, this is a rare opportunity for an exceptional Press & PR Manager to join our busy Press Office and lead on enhancing Moneyfacts reputation and profile.
When the national and regional media need independent and impartial comment, insight, and explanation, they turn to Moneyfacts as the reliable and trusted source, so this is a dream job for a dynamic and passionate individual to be front and centre of our Press Office activity. The Press & PR Manager will want to see more than just their name in print, they will be all over the story, on TV and Radio talking enthusiastically on BBC News, Sky News, ITV News, BBC Radio and other national and regional stations.
The successful candidate will be responsible for proactively selling stories to financial and consumer Journalists, Producers, and Editors. They will on occasion be required to appear on-air communicating the Moneyfacts brand and unique data to the widest possible audience.
Whilst the role will build upon the already trusted relationships Moneyfacts has with UK journalists, this role requires the post holder to build their own relationships too.
As a spokesperson for the brand this is a hands-on role with duties ranging from researching and writing press releases and content, to being on-air and reporting back to the business about coverage received and successes.
